I feel so defeated. I got a good nights sleep. I had a coffee. I still took an hour nap. I’m drinking my second coffee. It’s only 2:30 and I’m so tired I could fall asleep sitting here. It’s hard to keep my eyes open and it’s hard to even sit here. My back hurts so bad. My knees hurt. And my hands kill when I’ve only written a sentence. I just want to cry. My body feels sick. Wtf is going on with me.

@earthymama, this!! Food can be medicine too!
@kellynicole, hopefully you’ll get answers and relief soon. I can’t imagine the level of tired you must feel.
Kelly 🌻··
My numbers are so high that I think I need to at least medicate until my levels are normal again
Harley Quinn ··
for sure!

@earthymama, you’d think my dr would tell me this 🤦🏻♀️@littleonemorning,

Do some research! Bring questions next time. And try going gluten free! Hopefully you’ll get some relief soon!

@littleonemorning, I have some pending labs to check for Rheumatoid arthritis. But I’ll def ask when I get the call!

With Hashimoto’s and thyroid issues; all those are very common. Reach out to your doctor.

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, my tsh was 21 and antibodies were too high for the test to read but were >900

that's why then. You are way out of whack and won't feel better until your levels are normal. Change your diet as others have suggested too. It will help get you on track faster. Doctors don't care about natural ways to get better, they like medicating. Just research foods you need to be eating with your illness and foods you need to avoid.

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, thank you

When was your last covid test? I know when my husband had covid he was extremely exhausted. He slept 20 hours a day for almost 2 weeks

9/14 was my last one. But these symptoms have been ongoing and worsening for the past 4-6 weeks
