Idk, I've never used one but been wanting to try since before my last baby. On IG one called June kept popping up and it was $6 but idk for how long or if it still is.

saalt cup! it’s my favorite. they sell it at target, it’s on the more expensive side but worth it. the “regular” size is for women who have given birth, so that’s the size i would recommend but definitely check their website for the full sizing recommendations.

I have the Luna cup and it’s great! I bought the June cup just before I found out I was pregnant so I haven’t used it, but my sister got one too and really likes it!

I’m still contemplating what kind ahhhh. My cervix is high when I’m not on my period and I’ll wear the cup if I’m just spotting. So when my cervix is high it’s a pain in the ass to take out. But on my period my cervix is super low

I dont know my body that well. 😄 Maybe invest in 2 different sizes, that way you don't have to worry for either time.

@scidg3, I think i only know it that well because I’ll wear the cup when I’m just spotting so I have a good idea on cervix positioning! I think I usually need the larger side of most brands because I’ve had a kid so I might have to try two different brands
