Me and my boyfriend are getting a house with his brother and his girlfriend. We are currently trying to decide who buys what... if they buy the sofas is it a fair exchange for us to buy the coffee/end tables + T.V? Or should we base this off of price? For example if they pay $800 for the sofas should we match that? Or just have them put in more when we purchase the dining table because obviously the T.V alone will be over $800.

House comes with washer/dryer so we don’t have to worry about purchasing that.

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, no idea. It’s the one my husband wanted. I just bought it & didn’t ask. Lol, it’s huge though. We only have one tv in our whole house though, in the living room. So it didn’t bother me to spend that.

We had put a security deposit on a house to rent for a year while rebuilding our savings to purchase a house next year, but found out yesterday that the landlord has "changed his mind" and rented the house to someone else. So now, 10 days before the end of the month, we have nowhere to live.
