How much do you ladies pay for your child's EpiPen?
My daughter was finally added to my husband's insurance and it's $600 for one box WITH our insurance 🙄😑. We can afford it but I'm just trying to figure out what others are paying.
It used to be free for 2 boxes/year when she was on my ex husband's Tricare plan. And of course she has become anaphylactic recently so we have to have them regardless of the price.

Ours were $300 per box.

It would be $600 a box through my insurance. My husband and son are covered through IHS so we get one box a year at no cost.

I never realized how "good" Tricare was 😂.. EVERYTHING was so cheap or free. I've seriously spent no more than $1000 out of pocket in almost 6 years for kiddo....just last week I spent $1k at the fertility specialist 🙄😑

I’m thankful for IHS as much as they can be a pain in the ass to deal with sometimes. I don’t think I’ve paid anything out of pocket for M ever. My private insurance on the other hand... 😅 My deductible is so high.

We used a lot of coupons on top of insurance. The pharmacist helped me (knew of them) and got it down to $50

I don't have epipen expenses but my hubs works on a military base and I just gotta say, the insurance IS AMAZING! Hubs and I both have had clinics and pharmacists comment on how much it covered and how suprised they were several times.
Have you used GoodRx or one of those discounted programs that are free to use? They have good discounts too!
