I've cried uncontrollably this evening. I have a lot of instability in my life right now. Picking LO up from nursery I realised I hadn't seen his key worker for a long time. I dont see many staff as we have to drop off at the outside door. So I asked where she is and they said she has left. She was my LOs key worker from the age of 6 months to 2.5
I absolutely broke down. It wasn't told to parents, via another source I found out she was being treated very badly
But I feel like I've lost my LOs family member
He has been telling me every day he cant wait to see her, and every evening he tells me she went home and every night before bed he says he misses her and I had no idea she had actually left and I kept saying it's ok you will see her tomorrow I feel so awful for him
