Hey Moms just wanted to share bad news, I had found out I was pregnant in May 2020. Right before I made it to 2 months I started cramping, then had another disappointing miscarriage.
I had a miscarriage the same month a day before my last miscarriage in 2019. It was devastating for me having to go threw that again in the same month I lost me sweet Angel last year, I was convinced this was it. But despite that I want to keep trying. This year I will be turning 36 and the time it ticking. I'm getting ready to start Clomid and pray for the best.
I wanted to get that off my chest it's been really hard for me.
I haven't been to a fertility doctor that will be my last resort after clomid.
I been having these unexplained miscarriages and IS FRUSTRATING
The only thing I know I have is PCOS.
If anyone can relate please help!!?
Wish me luck Moms🙏🙏🙏
@ms.disla, with my son I lost about 50 lbs all I did was stop drinking soda and bread and took metformin no other big changes to my diet but I was able to loose the weight (prior to that no diet ever worked for me). With this pregnancy i just kept the no soda and I lost 30 lbs and conceived without any medication help. It may just be a little help you need. Good luck! Let me know how it goes :)
@raqueliiosiis i will do that my dr. Keeps telling me to stay away from carbs I do it for a few days then I'm back at it again, but I will definitely try my best. Thanks for the advice 🙏
@raqueliiosiis and that's awesome you was able to loose so much weight 🙌

Hey I went through your post and found this one. I too have PCOS have you ever taken metformin? I was given metformin to help bring my periods since I had super irregular periods. I took it every day 2x a day for 8 months and I was able to conceive my son. They say metformin helps control your sugar levels since that’s a diabetes medicine and it helps people with PCOS since our hormones and sugar levels can be out of wack. I would also suggest loosing weight (if you have a little more lbs on you than “what’s healthy”). For me I always struggled to lose weight and the metformin also helped me. Good luck and I’m sorry for your losses ♥️
