Past week I have been overly bloated and am just backed up, sorry tmi, it’s been about a week! What can I take that is safe when you breastfed to help out the process 😅😂

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩
