So i feel like i get less milk every time i pump. Im barely getting 3 oz now. A few weeks ago I was getting 5 oz every pump. He still has one bottle at daycare. I just barely dropped the second bottle.

It could be hormonal based on where you are in your monthly cycle. Many women experience a supply drop due to their period.

My milk supply drastically dropped when my son turned one. That’s why I had to introduce regular milk, keep pumping maybe try to cluster pump and see if that helps boost your supply.

I have introduced cow milk. He doesn't drink much of it though.

my son didn’t like “normal” cow milk either I had to get him on organic horizon while fat cow milk and he had no issues with it.
