Its important for kids to have a bedtime! They do not need to be up with you all day and night! You need and deserve a BREAK ❗❗
Gotta shut that shit down mama ❗ reward them when they go to bed on time. And melatonin might help 💛💛
@hardknockmama, I’ll have to try that! My aunt told me about but I was scared to to give it to them.
@j.concepcion drug free 💙 they make them kids and adults 😏 they also have them made into soaps ❗🙌🏿
Not only that, they need that good solid structured sleep as well for their development.
Omg so much yes. We are strict about the kids bedtime. Not only do they need that rest and a full night sleep but that’s when my dh and I get to hang out alone and watch tv in peace!! During school bedtime for the boys is between 7:15-7:45pm but summer was a little more lax. Bedtime was later like 8:30-9ish. Because no matter what time my boys go to bed they are always up around 7am so I’d they stay up later they are only missing sleep from that earlier time frame

In case you needed to know!

This is a good debate for all you triggered mothers lol I'm here for it and by the way I agree with this post❗❗❗❗❗
You can be racist towards the race of your friends.
You can be racist towards your own race.
You can be racist towards the race of your family.
You can be racist towards the race of your spouse.
You can be racist towards the race of your kids.
Your racism doesn't just stop being racism because 'X' is said race.
Racism is Racism.
Thanks for coming to this very well needed TedTalk.
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I wish 🥴 I have a hard time putting my girls to sleep. I’m trying to have them in bed by 9-9:30 but they end up going to sleep around 11-12. Once I say it’s bedtime all of a sudden they itching or don’t want to sleep next to each other or they’re hungry or thirsty
