35 weeks and restless legs really bad any advice!
@familyislife121417 Lay down on your left side propped up a little and have DH give you a light massage knee to foot always stroking downward. I hope that helps! Warm compress and lots of hydration. Sometimes there's nothing that can be done. 😢
Light massage and warm compress. Walk, walk, walk... Rest, walk. Walk, rest. Hydrate! Lift stretches and exercises like heel lifts and toe lifts. Stretching is good all the time!
