My second was extremely low my entire pregnancy and I always felt her in my hips 🤷🏼♀️

Yep, it can be. With my first I felt him really, really low right around this time. He’s bump/kick my cervix a lot. With this baby the movements are still low but not as low as last time. I’ll be 20w on Saturday. 😊
