HELP PLEASE.
Am not pregnant, my little one is 9 months now. Having theese red things appear all over my side,belly and tops of my legs. Anyone have an idea? Please. Thankyou

My daughter's had these twice, the first time when she was 5, she was at school and they rang to say she had a red/purple rash on her arms and face that wouldn't fade and had rang an ambulance for her (they suspected meningitis as she had headache too), 2nd time was last year she got it on an ankle, she slept at a friend's and her parent rang me in the morning saying her leg was covered (slight over exaggeration) and she couldn't walk... anyways she could walk and the GP said it was the same thing as last time, it took 3 weeks to completely clear both times.
There is another rash called purapura (think that's it's name) which is linked to an issue with the kidneys etc.

Don't think it looks anything like meningitis *touch wood* not a rash just red blood spots type things. Like when u get a blood blister but it isn't dark red they are blood red. I feel absolutely fine. But my pain fresh hold is high, I dont even feel contractions. There all over my front, chest and upper thighs.

@tashacoombes89 they said she had a viral infection (cmv) and it turned out she needed glasses (she's actually blind in her left eye and needs a prescription for her right eye), the more I look at the pic the more it looks like purpura (just from the size of each spot, does it fade under a glass? X

I mean if it was me and I was concerned then I’d call 111 for advice they could send you to out of hours I would if I was in your situation because it’s bleeding under the skin and I’m a worrier lol xx

Looks like Petechiae, have you got any other symptoms ? Have you got an auto immune disorder that you know of ? X

@ezchaz more serious 🙄 was going to ring doctors Tuesday after bank holiday. What else could it be then. Will probably ring them Tuesday. I feel fine, just looking like a dot to dot book 🤣

@ezchaz I've got quite a few about 20 in total over my belly and tops of my thighs. Most are just pinprick in size

Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
