Just wondering when baby should go from mosses basket to cot? Im so worried things have changed since having my son and Il do something wrong 😔 x

I feel like it might be time to move her but I'm so scared because I think my son was about 5 months when I moved him (but Mabey I should have moved him sooner) I was so young then..I think Il monitor how she is the next couple of nights and see xx

Thank you everyone I think she looks to big and is starting to try and roll on her side to sleep and because the fabric is baggyish in her moses basket im abit of a mess because she wants to have face pressed up against the side xx

When they can roll over or sit up
So ideally 6 months
There’s also a weight limit on the Moses basket 🧺 xx

Ah brilliant thank you...She seems so small still for a cot but she is trying to roll on to her side and probably won't be long.. Il have to cheek it out as she has doubles in weight since bith bless her xx

We moved Stevie from her Moses basket and into her cot when she was about 3 months, as she was looking too big in it! I think it just personal preference as to when to move them over! As long as their feet touch the bottom of the basket/cot then it's all good!

Owen was in a cot in our bedroom til 7 months. Never settled in his moses basket. We moved house when he was 7 months and then he went into his own room x

They can be in a cot from birth but depends on the baby. I moved my boy from his next 2 me to cot at 4 months because he was too big but he was still in my room until 8 months. My girl was in her next 2 me until 11 months when she went to her own room in her cot

At night times my baby's have always gone straight into a cot bed from birth, i just have a moses basket downstairs for naps during the day. They've all settled straight in and been absolutely fine. I always had it close to my bed and i could see through the holes in the cot too. X

I moved him at 3 months as he got too big and was started to turn and lie sideways rather than long ways in it x
