Quick Q for all the momma's out there. As I've never run into this predicament..
If there is an age and weight listed for medicines but the dosage for weight is more than dosage for age, should I go by age??

Thanks ladies 💜 with my oldest it's always so much easier since her weight and age is within the same range. My youngest, not so much lol
@scidg3, I fat s Tylenol used to be more concentrated so you didn’t have to give as much. Looks like they phased it out within the last year

You're welcome! Anytime you are in doubt call your local pharmacist. There are some meds that have age only printed on them so I that case it's always best to ask your pharmacist or ped. But if it has both options always stick to the weight. Hope whoever is unwell feels better fast!
Agree with others. My daughter is tiny and Dr advised to always go by weight.
I go by weight because I’d be super screwed with some adult doses. I’m 103lbs now. I was 91lbs when I met my child’s father. I’m 4’9 so I’m living in a youth body with the mama pouch 🤪😆 no adult doses for me unless it’s wine!
