Hmm I'm still going to get the GD test done at 28 weeks. Maybe every hospital follows a different policy since covid.
I think ketones along with protein could indicate a UTI. Have you been drinking or eating less? X

yeah I've gone of my food I'm not really eating as much as its making me sick and feeling sick when I eat. Yeah I asked her and she said the hospital I'm under isnt doing the gd test due to covid :/ xx

ketones could show in your urine in two different circumstances.
Number one being that you are dehydrated and need IV fluids
Number 2 being that you have a high blood sugar thats basically spilling into urine which is called ketones so you may need a GD test.
I would speak to the gp about it if the midwife isn't taking it seriously xx

Sounds like you have a UTI xx
