@littleonemorning, it’s hard to tell I assumed it was last week because I had a milky discharge & my hormones were crazy but it’s hard to tell because I got off depo in February & I just became regulated 2 months ago🤦🏾♀️ this is so stressful
Also, I find it very hard to judge with cervical mucus. When it's clear and thin is when you're ovulating. OPK for the win. But that one is negative. Te line looks like it could get darker though, maybe try again tomorrow? Or in 2 days?

with birth control, it can still take up to a year for you to really get regular.

But if there are two lines do it mean you are ovulation?
