Yes my dad has one for my kid he puts 20 a week in and for Christmas and birthday he is going to start getting savings bonds or putting money in bcuz she dont need anything else he set it up so she can get in it at 18 though

Yes ma'am! I put in change as available, but actual deposits are $100 per year of age on each birthday. I plan to have $35,000 per child by age 25. They won't know about it. It will be given to them at 25 as a gift for a down payment on a new home or other (hopefully) responsible choice. You can add $14,000 per year per child without extra tax liability. Keep up the great job!!!

We do $50 a month for both girls and $100 during their birthday months. We have it set up to where they would receive it at 18. However, I’m thinking about changing it to 25. I just don’t think a 18 year old would be responsible with that kind of money.

We have a special needs trust account with a savings account for our son and a templeton college savings account. We started both with $500 and add 100 a month to each. This way they’re protected from the IRS and once he gets older if he needs to use his SSI then they can’t count anything in the trust as income against him.

I started saving in her glass piggy bank every time I sold something on offer up. There’s about $400 in there now! Then her dad gave me her $500 from that stimulus check and I opened a kids360 savings account with capital one 👍🏽 now I put $25 every month & damn it feels good
