I just got off work and cried my eyes out. Please Apple users try to understand that us advisors are only human and we can only provide so much.!! My last 2 hours of calls were just customers cussing me out.!! Days like today make it hard for me to want to go to work tomorrow and I used to love my job ☹️☹️

I’ve had customers start off the convo calling me stupid bitches and saying I don’t know shit yesterday I got yelled at by 3 different people on the same call. Customers like that seriously make me wanna quit. It’s hard dealing with my own mental issues then getting down talked at work all day. It’s hard.

it’s not that easy. I’m a senior advisor so I’m the highest point of contact I obviously have a manager but I can’t transfer customers anywhere else once they get to me and I can’t easily talk to my manager since we are working from home. I loved my last job but I left because it got too hard emotionally and this job is starting to feel the same way I’m starting to want to quit because people are so mean

And that is why I’ve never worked with people.. my job has always been doing things that has nothing to do with customers lol I would be fired after day one if I worked with people

My cousin has been working from home for Apple for years now. She said you have to learn to separate yourself and that takes time. Easier said than done, I know but that’s the customer service reality of being the middle man so to speak. I hope it’s still a valuable learning experience and it gets better
