adamsmaaa Feels like a car ran over Ur boobs. Use a wet warm towel and pump away
des_a_rayy lol I used heat and got down on all 4s and nursed him. fixed it right away

2-mommies Lay in a hot bath and use your hands to massage the clogged duct, making sure to
telliey @princessm928, same deal. Dangle pumping may be difficult. Maybe try Hans expression after a pump

Hot shower and pump/ nurse while on all four. Also Tylenol as it’s anti inflammatory. If it keeps happening, you may not be emptying effectively or look into taking sunflower lecithin.
