‼️Public Service Announcement ‼️
Don’t flush facial tissues, paper towels and ‘Flushable’ wipes down the toilet!
You will end up with a clog that is not easy to unclog. These items will make your sewer system back up into your homes where you are being isolated. Do not make your life worse by flushing anymore than TP in the toilet.
Having a drain unclogged can be costly. Please save yourself the poopy headache.
Flushable wipes are not flushable!

So I decided to get some as my last hope...AND BOY OH BOY 😁😀 IT GOT RID OF MY CLOG AND SOOO MUCH MILK CAME OUT THAT SAMEEEE NIGHT!!!! I'm happy now! I was able to nurse without Nia getting fussy and...
Hot shower and pump/ nurse while on all four. Also Tylenol as it’s anti inflammatory. If it keeps happening, you may not be emptying effectively or look into taking sunflower lecithin.
