Update!! Managed to get the vapour bath stuff and so far seems to have helped loosen it all so it doesn't sound like she's struggling as much so thank you all!!!! X

Thank you everyone iv asked the partner to go to asda and get the bath stuff and see if they do tbh calpol plug in so fingers crossed.. Iv got one of the snot things I was going to try this morning(this isn't the suck one) but seemed like her nose was to small for it?

Thank you for the no dummy comment she doesn't normally use one but I do have 2 in the house in case she wants one. I give it to her after Her jabs though so would probably love it Now as she is very unsettled me and my son are currently taking it in turns to cuddle her and cheer her up 😀 x

I recommend the Asda vapour bubble bath, and also the calpol vapour plug ins. You plug it in the bedroom an hour before bed time. It can be strong if you aren’t bunged up lol. I took Sophia to the doctors once when she was like 3 weeks old cause of the sniffles and he did say to not give her a dummy when she was choked with the cold cause they can’t breath through there nose. X

Lots of steamy baths and sit her up

Do you have a NoseFrida ? You can suck the snot out, it's not as gross as it sounds, I think you can get them in boots, they were a life saver when my LO was very small and congested. Dont put the heating on as that can dry the air, try and keep the air damp maybe run the hot taps/shower/boil a kettle whatever room you're in x

Wen willow all bunged up I used snuffle babe and vapour plug they work wonder
