Well, my daughter weaned around 2 years only because I went to the hospital to have my son. For two nights she stayed with my granny and really gave her hell. Lol so I'd say let her stay with someone close for a couple of nights! My son still hasn't weaned! I'm so ready to get him to though, it's draining me😭

I simply put pasties on my nipples when I weaned my son. He would try to lift my shirt and get boob but since my nipples where covered he would just get mad and leave (that’s when I would offer the bottle). We successfully breastfeed for 20 months and now we’ve been off the boob for 2 months. You got this!

I weaned mine 7 months ago cold turkey and she still asks for it. Best of wishes! She turned two in May.

I stopped with my daughter like at 2 1/2 years. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. She just wouldn’t give up lol and i kept getting painful clogged milk ducts. One night i was just like enough is enough and i just stopped giving it to her. Of course she cried but i didn’t give in. She cried every night for like 4 days or so and that was it. Her big brother was great help because he would tell her she was a big girl now and didn’t need it 🙂. Every once in a while she gets close to me and for some reason likes to smell my boobs🤷🏻‍♀️but thats it 😂

Same here I'm doing a slow wean by giving her a sippy throughout the day instead of boob she gets boob at night now and every now and then before her nap.
