My daughters 1st birthday is today and my dad is coming. Having it at a park. And I don't feel well. Sucks that everytime I plan something I have to worry about if I'm going to feel ok. My left arm, elbow and down is weak and tingly. I'm not sure if it's my anemia or a side effect from a migraine.

I hate being anemic and I hate my migraines 😒
