I actually prefer quail eggs, pickled. They are so good!! I bet fried pickled quail eggs would be amazing😋

We put the eggs in mashed potatoes and then deep fry them and they are really good!!!!

@kimsnowden8593 Trust me, they are worth trying!! Fresh is always best but you can order them (the meat filled ones) frozen.

lol no they are not I take the soft shells and deep fry them in a taco holder so they fry into shape. Edit they bubble up so you have to watch and pop the bubbles while keeping them shaped like a hard shell. But they are amazing
