Just had my babygirl last Friday and breastfeeding this time around has been rough. My nipples are so sore. Anyone have any suggestions how I can heal them. With my son I didn’t have no bleeding or scabbing but with her it’s been so painful at times to breastfeed.

Medela has "shells" you can wear to keep your clothing from rubbing. Put expressed breaths milk on your nips after each feeding and use coconut oil in between. Check her latch and keep working on it! You've got this!! Once baby is about 6 weeks it will get much easier!!!

What have you tried? There's a palmer's brand nursing cream if you haven't tried that as yet, it worked amazingly well for me

Is her latch okay? Do you have a lactation consultant that you could call to check? If there's no issues I'd just give them more time to get used to nursing again. My nipples scabbed up with all of my kids for about 2 weeks and then healed and were fine. Give it like one more week or so and if they don't improve definitely get her checked for a tongue or lip tie. ❤️

Adorable little one! 💕💕💕
Sometimes a nipple shield can be helpful to let your nipples heal. Medela brand usually has nipple shields with their other nursing products as big box stores.

Apply lanolin cream after nursing or you can rub breastmilk onto your nipples
