Ok my daughter is almost 3 I feel like my daughter has sleeping problems she has a hard time going to bed early and on top of it she’s a light sleep wakes up easy and it’s hard to get her to go back to sleep any suggestions to make her fall asleep easier it was easy to put her to sleep when she was so small now it’s difficult

@ariachannell, oh my! You must be a night owl then. She probably sleeps in? When you try to lay her down what is she doing for that long to keep herself up? Do you have a TV on?
My kids wake up between 6-7:30ish. They nap after lunch for at least an hour sometimes longer. They go down around 8. We’ve always been very firm about bed time and naps.

She takes a nap between 2-3 and then she’s up running and playing
Idk momma. My son sleeps w me at my house and he tosses and turns all night long. I use lavender everything and give him baths and we have a whole routine and he's still up until 11. At his dads he sleeps w his brother all night long. Idk what im doing wrong. If u haven't tried tho i suggest essential oils in a diffuser at bedtime. That works for a little bit for my son.
