Yes, I get a hormone headache usually within 24 hours of starting and stopping. Very easy to slip into a hormone migraine if I’m not careful and forget to avoid my migraine triggers those days too.

3 ibuprofen every 6-8 hours and I make sure to stay hydrated and not eat my triggering foods such as chocolate or apples.
