anyone know what atrium health considers full term i was with novant for my first and they considered 38 weeks full term don’t know if atrium is the same i keep hearing different things

I know full term is considered 40 weeks. However, in the past I always had my doctor say 37 is considered "full term" that you should aim at making it to that point. What is everyone else's take on this?
