That does sound weird. It could be possible that he likes her or more is going on. That is weird for a guy to buy a purse for someone that isn’t his mother, daughter or significant other. Watch out for that one. I hope that isn’t the case. 😔

First off, if it’s not your cousin, sister, momma, auntie...then my brows would be raised. Especially with him talking about how cute she would look. I’d be suspicious of what he’s really up to with her, real talk.
But I agree with @mississippi.queen too. Some kind of anger/resentment is stirring and it’s probably time to talk about it. Maybe he has a pattern of similar behaviors and he’s at it again, who knows. Either way it’s time to let those feelings of yours out in a discussion and go from there. He might need to be dismissed due to lack of respect and possible cheating. You gotta talk and figure it out for you and your kids.
You seem to have some serious resentment/anger towards your partner. maybe you two should have a talk and get feelings out on the table. I've only ever seen your posts ranting and fussing about your man. Talk to him, hun. Let him know your feelings. Let him know that you feel what hes doing is not okay. Sounds like some serious communication is in order.
That dude needs to get it together and start being the guy you want/need/deserve.
