I’m so sad, I really don’t think I’m going to fit in my wedding dress. Stupid extra lockdown weight!
I’ve been training online with a PT for the last 6 weeks and lost 9cm from my waist, I now have just under 10 weeks until my wedding day and still another 18cm to lose.
I have upped my game this week, doubled my daily steps and happy that the gym has now opened so I can train more. I’m going to try my hardest but need to purchase a back up dress.
I’ve added pics of my 6 week progress, I’m proud of this!

@kedwards85 at least you have the money maybe you could get a bit fitted into your dress to make it a little larger if you need.

@beveridge.s, that’s what I’m going to look in to, see if it’s possible on this style. My mum does wedding dress alterations but she’s currently in Spain and now got to quarantine for 2 weeks when she gets back! Xx

Wow that is a huge difference! There’s loads of home workout videos on YouTube that you could do, the Chloe Ting 2 week shred is meant to be a good one! X

Thanks, I have another 4 weeks with my PT and he said I can do it. I know I’ve got to work my ass off..... literally 🤣 xx

My SiL had a similar issue. She bought a dress smaller than she was so lost weight to make it fit. But she couldn’t control where is came off. In the end she made it more of an open back. Will see if I can find a photo x

Well done you've lost so much !!
I don't know if this may help but I've recently lost 20lbs in 7 weeks by cutting out carbs and sugars completely. Also used to run 40-50 minutes a day. I used neoprene waist belt during running although I don't know if that also contributed. I also drank a detox tea every night before bed and it cleanses your system in the morning. My last meal of the day had to be at 6pm or earlier xx

Thank you! And thanks for the advice too. I don’t like veg or salad so cutting carbs is a no go for me.
I have a belt I bought years ago but I’ve read that they only help temporarily (a few hours after removing) to look slimmer and they don’t actually work how you’d want them to. I’m willing to give it a try though!
I have green tea which does the same thing for me.
I do need to start eating earlier xx

You could always change it to a lace corset back if you dont manage it! Well done for the progress you've made though 😊 xx

I have seen that online but I’m not sure it will work with this style of dress because of the back. It’s definitely something I’ll look in to.
I’m currently sticking to a minimum 600 calorie deficit every day.
I have separated stomach muscles from my last baby so I also need to look in to the best way to strengthen them xx
