So since when does it matter if my pregnancy was planned or not during a court battle? 🙄 is this an actual thing my BD can really try and use? The fact that I planned another pregnancy with the guy I’ve been with since we split up? My mind was so blown

No, he can’t use that for custody. Custody and visitation is determined by the best interest of the child. If you aren’t a immediate danger to your kids or some horrible mom there’s nothing to worry about.
