My hubby and twins are vegan so half my fridge and cabinet look like this

@claudiamarsh18 lol, I'm not vegan, but I know so many ways to get protein without eating meat. All of them, of course, include beans, lol

@thatregalmujer, I literally eat protein with everything I have from drinking soy milk, to eating beans, to most vegan meats. I think I actually eat more protein than most meat eaters.

Well that doesn't look empty at all. Don't you love it when you have a specific diet and people like to just assume what you doing anyting? I've been a vegetarian for almost 30 years and I get it all the time "if you don't eat meat then what do you eat?" 🙄
