:( why is he trying to take my baby like he is violent and cant control his anger yet he thinks he gonna get custody by sending me chase app money and getting a bigger place to show heva better parent , but big place has nothing to do with my kids having peace and being calm and growing without his controllingness ! I feel powerless with no appartment and job at the epedemic and safty of my kids is #1 ! God will find a way!!!!

I don’t believe he can do anything. Your the mother you have all the power and you do have a roof over their heads and food if your in a shelter. What he has doesn’t mean shit. If your not married your the parent and he’s well nothing really.

Your totally right I'm just I guess a lit concerned for thier safty because I was so stupid never went to the police no prove of him being violent on paper except order of protection that I got

Don’t know you or your story but I feel your pain. Things will work out for you momma cause I can tell you have the faith and motivation.....sadly it will take time but kids will understand when they are older and know who tried their best and who was just hateful! So sorry ❤️ and what pp said! It may be different in different states though but where I live if you are not married it doesn’t matter if he signed the birth certificate or has their last name. He has to go through the right legal channels to get custody in the first place so he can’t keep them from you . Children don’t need that kind of hostility in their lives.

Thank you I am not married to him and baby doesn't have a father on the birth certificate because technically both kids are legally my husbands and mine. However I just want to keep them safe above allllll
