@supermomof4, that's how our walmarts are too but I feel like they've ALWAYS been that way! If you do self checkout, there's only a couple of the registers you can use.
This is in like every store around where I live, I read an article from my local news saying the gas station Wawa are now requiring people to pay in exact change

These signs have been posted at every place I'd business in my town and surrounding towns for about a month now.
Some of them are actually advertising they will pay customers for rolled coins.
