Try to give the girls fruits and or veggies at every meal with a protein and starch...and they do pretty well..Jo has been extra picky lately and she's usually my little garbage disposal lol...any healthy, filling go to meals for picky toddlers?

My daughter loves apple and peanut butter and I’ll normally pair it with a yogurt and cheese stick or cottage cheese . All good protein fiber and calicum

Oatmeal with a yogurt on the side is another great one if you buy just the plain oats flavor it honey or maple syrup and than add any fruit you like some rod your favorite is apple with cinnamon and honey or blueberry oatmeal or oats with banana and peanut butter
