I have sharp pains sometimes too but not sure why?? Could be anxiety.

Are you a smoker? Cigarettes , weed, cigars.? When I smoke 🚬 which I rarely do now I'll get a very sharp pain in my chest that hurts when I bend, cough, sneeze or even move a certain way... Something about the area around your heart becomes inflamed.

Well when I was 16 before I even started smoking at 17 ( after my mom died ) I would hang around ppl who smoked even tho i wasn't smoking. One day some ppl came when I was in Jobcorps and made everyone take a breathalyzer test, I was on orange they said which was the 2nd most dangerous other than red. I had a high amount of carbon monoxide in my body.

Do you have any other symptoms? You could just go to the doctor to be checked out just to be safe. Left side of your chest is obviously your heart so you may not want to mess around. Better safe than sorry.
