Basically no. You get offers for credits to certain places or for certain things but must of it is you have to spend money with your credit. For the actual cash rewards their requirements are out of reach.

You can't redeem money unless you know like 500 people and have a bunch of earned money on it. You have to use the cash for what they have to offer unless you plan on using it for years and years.
