It’s called Milia and it’s very common leave them alone you don’t need to do anything there is nothing for it either. I mean you can tell the doctor but he’ll say the same. It could be from like thick lotions and ointments as well just wipe baby’s face down everyday and apply a thin lotion like regular baby lotion I like the baby dove it’s light too. But people confuse this with baby acne it’s not
