When I was pregnant, this is all I craved. After I had him, I took a break from them(forgot to buy them). Then when I was finally able to get out again and buy them I started drinking them like crazy ( I LOOOVE the taste). After a day and night of drinking them on and off, I woke up the next morning and was sooo encouraged. I still drink 3-6 a day and I feed him, then pump. And I pump when he sleeps a long time too. This also increases supply. But I really think this drink helps a LOT. I have quite a bit stored away for appointments, emergencies and more.

I love this drink too I started drinking them bc all the vitamins I’ll have to see if they’ll work on me for breast feeding
