I posted this picture on Facebook and a “family” member messaged me saying well you aren’t skinny.... that made me upset because I know I’m not skinny and I already think I’m fat so I don’t know what that message was supposed to do but make me feel worse

@momof5brats normally when I start to feel my low self-esteem kick in which I cancel it out I always find something that I like the most about myself so what is the thing that you like most about yourself
