Where did you find the compression sleeve. I have a niece that is pregnant and she said it was pain in her elbows as well. I tried the wrist braces when I was pregnant and they didn’t help much
My ob actually gave me it, but I just found this one on Amazon, and it’s is actually really close to the one I had. They also have ones that go from the wrist all the way to the elbow also.

I got one of the wrist braces and wore that. It helped, but it didn’t go away until after I delivered.

Mine was in my elbow, and I wore one of those compression sleeves. It helped tremendously.

Sleeping with the wrist braces helped me the most. But it was always twingey.
