I know some women can have it for a couple of weeks before baby makes an appearance. So I'd be prepared for that as well :) try not to be nervous, yoy need to relax and surround yourself with things that make you happy, get the oxytocin flowing! X

Yes this was my first sign of labour both times. My first was born with in 7 hours and my second was born with 2 hours
