My family is really starting 2 get on my last nerves because my husband and I have been forced 2 let my youngest sister who can't and won't get her life together 2 live with us and it's been like a year since she's been living with us and she acts like she can sleep all day and doesn't care if her child runs around my house doing whatever she wants my mom is been supposed 2 be in het own place but everytime it's a different story of why she's not in her own place yet and the sister is been supposed 2 be in her own place but everytime she gets money she blows it instead of using it 2 get out of my husband's and I hair so freaking FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

@simmonsgurl90, Tell her that's not going to work for you today. It's Father's Day and you and you're children are TRYING to enjoy it with your husband. She can either stay and tend to her child or take him/her with her.
I feel bad for the kiddo BUT she knows you do/will too and she's using that to guilt you and get what she wants.

Have you guys sat down and actually talked about the living arrangement? When she moved in, were there any expectations/rules she was to adhere to?
I think it's time to have a conversation and reevaluate those things. Tell her you refuse to enable her any further and her nonsense is starting to affect your family and marriage. That's something that is not ok with you, so you need to know what her plan is for the future. WHATEVER she says, tell her she has 30, 60, 90 days, however long/short you want that to be (You will LEGALLY have to give her at least 30 days), to get it in order and be out of your house.
After that point, if she's still not out you'll have to go to the courthouse and file eviction paperwork. She will have no choice then.
There comes a time when EVERYONE is expected to stand on their own two feet and get shit handled. THIS is that time for her. No one is doing her ANY favors by continuing to baby her, let her take advantage and/or doing everything for her. I mean, WHY would she leave? You see what I mean?
