I started doing the yoga app May 29th, started boxing June 15th,and started the new yoga program June 16th...and after all this time it doesn't seem like it's not doing much...
What she said ^ it takes around 6-8 months for others to see improvements, and around 12 weeks for you to see results. Consistency is key. You can work out and exercise as much as you want but if you aren’t balancing your diet and getting the right nutrition for YOUR body type, you won’t see results. You have to know your body type to know what type of diet to be on when it comes to carbs, fats, proteins. One body type might need more fats than proteins, another body type might need more protein than fats etc.
@mamatocam8516xo ok that's a relief...I can feel around my waist that there's some improvement but idk if I've lost weight...
@armywife72515, you don’t have to lose weight to see improvements from working out. Most of the time, you’ll actually gain while working out if your doing some kind of weight lifting or body weight exercises due to building muscle mass. Which is good! That’s what tones you. Get a scale that displays not just your weight but your body fat percentage, muscle percentage, etc. it will help guide you.
You need to be patient. You aren’t going to see results quick. Be consistent and keep it up. Switch it up from time to time and eat healthy.
There’s endomorph body type, theres ectomorph, and mesomorph. Each require a specific balance of macro nutrients. Research it and you’ll know. It’s all in our diet!
