To 3 months. I recommend taking it at night before bed that helped me tremendously

Took about 6 months for me to lose the nausea from them. Started taking them 2hrs before bed.

@kidskeepingmebusy hopefully it eases up after the next few days. Lile when you're about to get AF and it makes you headachy etc
