hopefully it eases up after the next few days. Lile when you're about to get AF and it makes you headachy etc

It helps to eat when you take it.

Took about 6 months for me to lose the nausea from them. Started taking them 2hrs before bed.

Three days and after I eat breakfast

it takes awhile for the body to adjust sometimes up
To 3 months. I recommend taking it at night before bed that helped me tremendously
