Hi this is my first post I’ve always been a reader until now. Has anyone had hg in pregnancy I’m currently 11 weeks and can’t keep anything at all down feeling really down at minute x

When making bread do you HAVE let it double before you punch it down and split it?

I had it really bad with my 1st pregnancy. It was from 9 weeks till birth for me. Have you been to your drs? Try and get some anti sickness medication. I had anti sickness injections every couple weeks and put on anti sickness meds. It didn't fully stop the sickness but it made bearable.
