How much whole milk should I give my 1 year old per day? I finally got him off formula lol and I literally don’t remember what I did with my 3 year old daughter around this time 🤣

Our ped recommended 2-3 cups of milk and the rest water 🤷🏻‍♀️ guess everyone is different but my daughter usually drinks 1-2 cups a day bkz she likes to eat yogurt , & cheese for breakfast and lunch lol
