Our ped recommended 2-3 cups of milk and the rest water 🤷🏻‍♀️ guess everyone is different but my daughter usually drinks 1-2 cups a day bkz she likes to eat yogurt , & cheese for breakfast and lunch lol

Same. They eat string cheese at snack time and yogurt with lunch. 🙊
