Any other mommas struggling to get in shape after having a baby? My mom said my tummy will never look the same again. I also have always had a lot of fat on my arms and I don’t like it. I have a wedding coming up in the beginning of September and I’m starting to worry. Know any good diets? Exercises? I have side rolls and no abs. My tummy looks pregnant because how stretched out my abs got.
Boot camp! High protein diet. I have a belly too even though I’m skinny and I need to tone up. I was going to the gym 3x a week until lockdown when everything closed. My gym is still closed so I joined boot camp through FitBody. I just started on Monday. I did it before when my daughter was younger so I know it works. Start now and you’ll look amazing by September.
