Was induced at 4am this morning with pitocin while dilated to 3cm. My OB broke my water a little bit after 9am and I was still doing fine. Progressed slowly until 11:42 when I was dilated to 4cm. My mother went home to get some things and to pick my packages up and by 1:50 I was dilated to 7cm. Contractions REALLY picked up then and I became dilated to 8cm by 2:00 😅 Recieved tordol through my IV once and used nitrous oxide during contractions, no epidural. 3pm I was starting to regret not having an epidural but my mother and the nurses convinced me I could do this so I did ❤️ I pushed about four times and felt the “ring of fire”, doctor still wasn’t in room yet. Nurse told me to let go of my leg and when she picked it up to push. She picked up my leg, I pushed and Dahlia literally SHOT OUT of my vagina 😂 and my OB had to catch her by her arm 🤦🏽♀️
I did decline the Covid test and I’ve had absolutely no restrictions 🤷🏽♀️ I only have to wear mask in hallways and I can still hold her and breastfeed with no mask. Can be released tomorrow as long as I feel like I’m up to. So in love with this sweet girl 😍

Congrats our babies weight the same and same height at birth lol. Shes sooo cute💕
Wow amazing! Great job! I would’ve declined the Covid test too and definitely breastfeed! That baby needs her mama’s milk 😍

I’m absolutely excited. Her brother and sister haven’t met her yet, but I did get to FaceTime with them after she got here. They’re in love and ready to see her lol.

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
