Does anyone live in apartments? If so when all of this coronavirus started did your guys owner tell you or gave you guys a letter saying you couldn’t have gatherings or no more than 10 people at your house? I’m asking because we barely got a letter and we got our owner come talk to us about some lil gathering that happened on Saturday. Which to me makes no sense or it’s fair cuz everything is already opening up. Well that’s how I see and it pissed me off cuz this Saturday was gonna be my babyshower 🤬😑

if ur in cali if you have lived there for more then 30 days u r a resident and they have to at least give a 30 day notice n even that u can fight it in court n stay longer technically but he sounds like an ass I dont live in a apt anymore but iv lived in 5 before I got my modular home so I know how shitty owners n managers are just make sure u know ur rights the tenants r very protected compared to landlords

Isn’t there a law or whatever about gatherings? Ours is no more than 10 people. Shyytt I don’t blame him. I wouldn’t want you putting him and others at risk.

Why would it make any different if you have more than 10 people in your own home? Are you guys going to be using any common areas, like a pool or playground? If not, then just have the party and have everyone stay inside. How is he even going to know? He can’t kick you out for that unless it’s in your rental agreement
